  1. Franchisee Fee: A one-time Franchisee fee of INR 12 Lakhs.
  2. Initial Setup: Mash Tea provides interior design and branding materials for the Franchisee location, along with the following items:

  4. Product Sourcing: The Franchisee agrees to purchase tea and raw materials exclusively from Mash Tea or approved suppliers.
  5. Training and Support: Mash Tea offers initial training and ongoing support for Franchisee operations.
  6. Compliance: The Franchisee must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice for breach of terms.
